The story of their engagement begins in late 2013. Tracy had decided to propose – even before, according to Tracy, Jill had started to pressure him!
Tracy is very analytical. What began as an idea, later evolved into Go/No-Go risk assessments, flow charts, and success/failure rate evaluations.
